POLICY

  • Please DO NOT MOVE OUR SIGNS FOR ANY REASON! If a sign needs to be moved from its original placement, please call us at 

  • Payment is due at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.  

  • Please make sure the yard is mowed before the display is placed.  As well as CANCEL ANY MOWING service while the display is set up. If there is any damage to the display due to mowing you will need to replace each piece damaged.  

  • Please do not touch or play around the display.  Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS!

  • Please do not remove or dispose of any sign. 

  • If you need an earlier pick up, please call us.

  • SWL is not responsible for any injury or damage that is caused to any persons or personal property during the set-up, display or removal of any rental.  If there is any damage to the signs, you could be invoiced for the replacement.  

REFUND POLICY

  • 48 hour notice is required for a full refund.  If inside the 48 hour window, you can receive a 50% refund or reschedule at a different date. 

  • In the event we are unable to set the display due to inclement weather you will receive a full refund.  

  • No refunds will be given if the wrong address is given.  

  • If homeowner requests the signs be removed for any reason, there is no refund.  

  • If we can not access a gated community to set the display, there will be no refund.  If we have to make a second attempt to deliver to a gated community there will be an extra $30 fee. 

  • No refund will be given if we can not access the property due to an animal.

BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH SIGNED WITH LOVE LAWNS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES.
